ECI é parceira da Swarovski Waterschool responsável por implementar o Global Iniciativa de Subsídios globalmente desde 2020. ECI também foi responsável pela implementação da Swarovski Waterschool em 2014-2017 no Brasil ao longo do Amazonas, Tapajós and Arapiuns rivers in the State of Pará, e a Coordenação Nacional do Programa em 2018. Swarovski Waterschool in Brazil is supported by the University of West of Pará (UFOPA), Santarém Municipality, Santarém Secretary of Education and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF).
